The purchasing of goods on credit terms recently was accessible far not to many Ukraine customers. Obtaining this form of credit required from the borrower not only the high guarantee of solvency, but also sufficient activity for the passage of all the procedures of crediting in the banks and the credit unions.

Simultaneously the demand for this service, as world practice showed, is very high. The main thing, that was required in the prevailing situation,  is a creation of the highly effective system of crediting, maximally close to the customers and capable of satisfying mass demand for the service on an all-Ukrainian scale. During November 2003 the system of crediting 'Еврокредит' was launch on the Ukrainian market, which satisfied the enumerated requirements. The basic efforts of company in 2004 were directed towards the formation of the all-Ukrainian network of retail sale of the crediting service. .Priority direction was the adjusting of collaboration 'Еврокредит' with the largest retail outlet networks of household equipment and electronics, such as 'Eldorado', 'Fokstrot', 'MKS', 'Domotechnika', etc. 

Simultaneously with the credits sales in the large net stores, the network of 'Европункт' also has been developed,  i.e. the places of the customers’ serving, which give the possibility to clients to acquire goods in the small stores. By the end of 2004 'Еврокредит” system demonstrated the swift dynamics in the development of network and attraction of clients. According the figures of 2004 the rates of increase in sales derived 'Еврокредит' on the leading positions on the market of crediting of consumer goods.
