The Head of the Board – Wojciech Kakol

Wojciech Kakol graduated from Gdansk Polytechnic University acquiring profession of engineer-mechanist in 1991.  In 1993 finished liquidation and assignment in bankruptcy courses. Since1997 till 1999 got the education of Master of Business Administration.
 After the graduation from the University some years he was engaged in own business. From 1993 till 1995 -  occupied the post of the Regional Manager in the Company of sale of engines for boats and vessels «CEE Outboards Marine Corporation». Since1995 till 1998 worked in position of the Sales and Marketing Manager in the Company “Mabo Turlen A.S.” which takes in Poland 4th place among firms which realize systems of pipes from artificial materials. From 1998 till 1999 worked as the National Manager (the Head of the Representation) of the Company “Caradon Heating Europe” which is the leading producer of heating systems and radiators in the Europe. With 1999 for 2001 – the Sales Manager in “Castrol A/S Denmark”, that belongs to group “Castrol”. From 2001 till 2004 - Director of Indirect Sales Department in the Company  “Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.” - the national operator of communication in Poland which serves more than 13 million subscribers. From 2004 till 2007 occupied a post of the Director of Direct Sales Department in “GE Money Bank”, which belongs to “General Electric” Corporation and is one of leaders of consumer crediting market in Poland. Since September, 2007 – Director of Sales Department of the Closed Joint-Stock Company «Dogmat Ukraine» (ТМ «Eurocredit»), the leader of consumer crediting market in Ukraine.

Since April, 7th, 2008 – the Head of the Board of the Closed Joint-Stock Company «Dogmat Ukraine».

Married. Has 3 children.

The Member of the Board – Nataliya Nekrasova

Was born on January, 13th, 1973 in Kiev.
In 1995 she graduated from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with the speciality “Accounting and audit”.
Since 1993 she worked in the banking sector.
She has a scientific degree of Candidate of Science (Economics).
Since 2004 she held the position of a Member of the Board, the Vice-president of the OJSC KB “Nadra”  and was responsible for the work of the General Operational Department and  the IT Department.
Since July, 11th, 2008 she is a Member of the Board of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Dogmat Ukraine”, sphere of her responsibility – the Credit Department, the Financial Department, the IT Department, the Monitoring Authority.

Married. She brings up two children.
